Andy Hibberd

I believe it is very healing to sit with someone who really sees you, understands, and genuinely connects with you.

I offer you this quality of attention to help you find your own way.

My Work

I work with many different types of people from young children and teenagers through to older adults.

People often feel free with me and able to talk about things they wouldn't normally, sometimes doing so for the first time.

The direction of therapy comes from you but you don't need to know in advance, it emerges through the sessions.

If you would like to know more about how I work you can read My Thoughts on Therapy.

Please call, text, or email me to discuss how I can help you.

I charge £40 for individuals and £50 for couples and home visits.

The first session is free.

I work in Bethnal Green - 204a Cambridge Heath Road, E2 9NQ

The entrance is next to Bike Works and the gate buzzer says E2 Therapy

About Me

I studied philosophy at university and was then drawn to personal development.

I believe that working on myself makes me a more effective therapist.

The photos on this page were taken by me when I felt something resonate within me at the time.
